Processing Time

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed.

 Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS . Standard shipping takes 2-3  business days to arrive Express shipping normally takes 1 business day to arrive. All shipments come with signature confirmation. You will receive a text or email notification once your package is shipped. We only ship to the billing address. If you need your package shipped elsewhere please contact us before placing your order.

Yhasi Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

 

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery Fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
