The Best Under-eye Setting Powders

When it comes to setting your concealer, (or cleaning up your muddy contour) you need a good powder that won't budge. The holy grail that I will always love and use is the well known Ben Nye Banana powder. This will work for most skin tones, but those of warmer/darker skin may opt to try Nutmeg, Topaz, or Camel. I've never experienced a 'flash back' in pictures and my concealer never creases. On top of that, it's only $12 (well for the smallest container). You don't need much either, a little goes a long way. My first time buying it lasted over a year. Not to mention I occasionally used this on friends and family when doing their makeup. bn_bananapowder My newfound love is a high end product, but so worth it. Laura Mercier's Loose Translucent Setting powder is the BOMB. Like when I tell you my concealer does not crease, it does not crease! This will run you about $40 with tax, but like the banana powder a little goes a long way. If you want you can always ask for a sample at Sephora to try it out and see how you like it. This is exactly what I did and I'm planning to purchase the full size. This powder is used by many celebrity makeup artist and youtube beauty guru's. Trust me, I've done the research, and you will not be dissapointed :). mercier Have you the tried banana or translucent powder? What do you think?   -Erin
